Conditions of 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.

• Applies to on line vehicle purchases only.
• Applies only where the vehicle description or condition is inaccurate and we are unable or unwilling to fix the defect(s).
• Customer must initiate claim within 7 days from the date and time of the vehicle delivery or collection.
• Vehicle must not have travelled more than 500km from the odometer reading recorded on the sale agreement.
• Vehicle must be returned in its original condition, free of damage, modifications or additional wear. Spare keys and manuals must also be returned.
• Refund is for the vehicles purchase price only. Additional products such as warranties, towbars, roof bars and other accessories are non-refundable.
• If the event of the vehicle being encumbered purchased on finance, WAS reserves the right to pay all or part of the refundable amount to a financier to discharge the encumbrance. If the refundable amount is insufficient to cover the encumbrance and the customer elects not to pay the balance, no refund will be provided. Any costs incurred with the financier are the customer's responsibility. Risk remains with the customer until WAS confirms eligibility for the refund and accepts the vehicle, at which time risk returns to WAS.
• Upon return the vehicle will be inspected to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.

Approved funds will be processed via direct deposit into the customers nominated bank account within 5 working days.
